At Pawsyyur, we take pride in offering thoughtfully designed pet accessories made for everyday use. Our items—including dog sweaters, bandanas, collars, leashes, poop bag holders, toys, and cat accessories—are created with comfort, durability, and quality in mind.

To support your purchase, we offer a one (1) year limited warranty from the date your order is delivered.

This warranty explains what is covered, how to make a claim, and what remedies are available.


1. What the Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use of the product.

Examples of issues covered include:

  • Broken or defective stitching

  • Hardware failure (buckles, clips, D-rings, zippers)

  • Structural or material defects not caused by misuse

  • Manufacturing issues that appear with reasonable use

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Pawsyyur.com.


2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

To maintain honesty and transparency, the warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage or improper handling

  • Chewing, biting, scratching, or other pet-related damage

  • Damage from washing, drying, or cleaning outside our care recommendations

  • Alterations or modifications made by the customer

  • Lost, stolen, or misplaced items

  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme weather or improper storage

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers


3. Warranty Period

  • Coverage lasts one (1) year from the delivery date shown on the tracking number.

  • Claims must be submitted within the warranty period.

  • Proof of purchase may be required.


4. Warranty Remedies

If a product defect is verified and falls within the warranty, Pawsyyur will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace the item with the same model or an equivalent version, or

  • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible

Repairs or replacements do not extend or restart the original warranty period.


5. How to File a Warranty Claim

To begin a warranty claim, email us at support@pawsyyur.storewith:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video showing the defect

  • Your contact information

Our support team will review your claim and respond with the next steps.


6. Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the product to us for evaluation.

  • If the claim is approved, Pawsyyur will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.

  • If the item is not eligible under warranty, we will notify you before taking any action.


7. Relationship to Other Policies

This Warranty Policy works alongside:

  • Pawsyyur’s total liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the item.
