This Billing Terms & Conditions page explains how payments are processed when you shop with Pawsyyur. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (processed through Stripe)

  • PayPal

  • Prepaid cards or gift cards supported by Stripe or PayPal

All payments are processed securely. Pawsyyur does not store or have access to your full credit card or banking details.


2. Currency & Pricing

  • All prices on our website are listed in USD, unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.

  • Any applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT), customs duties, or import fees are calculated at checkout or upon delivery depending on your location.


3. Order Confirmation & Billing

  • Orders are confirmed only after a successful payment authorization.

  • You will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and payment receipt.

  • If your payment fails or cannot be authorized, the order will not be processed and you will be notified.


4. Payment Security

  • Stripe and PayPal protect and encrypt all sensitive payment information using industry-standard SSL encryption and advanced security measures.

  • Pawsyyur does not store payment card numbers or full financial information. All transactions are securely handled by Stripe or PayPal.


5. Subscription / Recurring Payments

At this time, Pawsyyur does not offer subscription plans or recurring billing.
If this changes, customers will receive clear notifications and separate consent will be required before activation.


6. Failed Payments & Chargebacks

  • If a payment fails, your order will not be shipped or fulfilled until a valid payment method is provided.

  • If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at Support@pawsyyur.store

  • so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay the resolution process.


7. Refunds & Returns

  • All refunds follow our official Refund & Return Policy.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Processing times:

    • Stripe refunds: 5–10 business days

    • PayPal refunds: usually instant, but may take up to 5 business days depending on PayPal’s processing


8. Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, please contact us immediately at support@pawsyyur.store with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Any relevant payment details

We will investigate and correct any verified errors as quickly as possible.
