How much is shipping?
We offer Free Standard Worldwide Shipping on all orders! That means you won't pay a penny for standard delivery, no matter where you are.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We know you're excited to receive your items, so we work hard to get them to you as quickly as possible. Order processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes about 5–8 business days on average (depending on your location). If you need your order sooner, don't worry – we're working on introducing Express Shipping options soon. Once available, expedited orders could arrive in as fast as 3–7 business days (with an additional shipping fee for express service).
Please note: During peak holiday seasons or unexpected events, processing or shipping times may be slightly longer. We'll always do our best to get your order to you promptly.
How will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link so you can track the package’s journey. You can click that link to see real-time updates on where your order is. Keep in mind that it may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the tracking email (sometimes carriers take a little time to register a new shipment).
Rest assured, you'll be kept in the loop at every step. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within a few days of placing your order, feel free to contact us – we'll be happy to check on it for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! VantiqueEvents ships orders worldwide with free standard shipping. We partner with reliable carriers (like USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services) to deliver your order safely to your doorstep, wherever you are. Shipping times for international orders are similar – around 5–8 business days after dispatch for standard delivery.
Please be aware that depending on your country, there may be customs or import fees when your package arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs office, and any such fees will be the customer's responsibility. Unfortunately, we have no control over these government-imposed charges or any delays due to customs processing.

Quality Assurance: Every order is carefully checked and packed before shipping. We want you to receive a perfect product. In the rare case an item doesn't pass our quality inspection and needs to be replaced before dispatch, it might add a couple of days to the timeline. This extra step is done to ensure you get nothing less than our best.

Weather & Delays: Sometimes unexpected delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions). If we become aware of a major delay affecting your shipment, we'll notify you as soon as possible. Your patience and understanding in those rare cases are greatly appreciated.

Holiday Season: During busy periods like the holidays, please allow some extra time for your order to be processed and delivered. Carrier networks can get congested during peak seasons, but we will still strive to meet our estimated timeframes.
